Compression Point Calculator

Where does your team's week go?

Enter six numbers. See the hours a week that manual follow-up takes, how much of that can be recovered, and what your dormant database may be worth.

Illustrative estimate, not a quote

How this estimate works

Hours spent a week = leads a month x minutes per lead / 60 / 4.33
Recoverable hours = hours spent x recovery share (40% here)
Dormant revenue = dormant contacts x response rate (1%) x close rate (5%) x average deal

Cautious, Typical and Ambitious change only the three assumption rates: 40, 55 and 70 percent recovery, 1, 2 and 3 percent response, 5, 8 and 10 percent close. They are planning assumptions, not measured results.

The model uses no real client figures. Everything here is an illustrative estimate, not a quote. Your numbers stay in your browser and are not stored.

The idea

What is a Compression Point?

Compression Points: the places in an operation where manual, repetitive work compresses time and margin. Handll maps them in the diagnosis step and engineers them out.

Every firm has a handful. A lead that waits overnight. A reminder someone keeps in their head. A past client nobody has called in two years. Each one is small. Together they set how much a team can handle.

Questions

Before you book

What is a Compression Point?

Compression Points: the places in an operation where manual, repetitive work compresses time and margin. Handll maps them in the diagnosis step and engineers them out.

How accurate is this?

It is an illustrative estimate, not a quote. It applies simple arithmetic to the numbers you enter and to planning assumptions you can switch between Cautious, Typical and Ambitious. It uses no real client figures. A discovery session replaces the assumptions with how your operation actually runs.

What happens if I book a discovery session?

A partner replies the same business day. We map how your operation actually runs and agree your top three priorities. There is no pricing before that conversation, and no obligation after it.
