Custom CRM & Workflow Systems

A CRM and workflow system shaped to how the business actually runs: its stages, its records, its hand-offs and its reporting. Wherever it makes sense, Handll builds on the system of record already in place instead of replacing it.

What it covers

  • 01Pipelines and stages that match the real process

  • 02One record of every contact, message and task

  • 03Integration with an existing CRM, agency management or loan origination system

  • 04Reporting an owner can read at a glance

Sample, illustrative data

One pipeline. One record.

  1. 01Every lead lands on one record, in a stage that matches the real process.

  2. 02It moves stage by stage with its owner and history attached.

  3. 03Deals that stall are flagged and given a task before they go cold.

  4. 04The owner reads the week in a handful of numbers.

Method

How it runs.

Four stations, in order, on every engagement.

  1. Map the operation

We walk the real week: where a lead enters, who touches it, where it waits and where it is lost.

  2. Model the records

Fields, stages and permissions are designed around the firm's own process, not a vendor template.

  3. Integrate, do not replace

The existing system of record stays central. New capability plugs in around it.

  4. Report what matters

Owners get the handful of numbers that run the business, by source, stage and person.

Before and after

Stop working around the software.

After

  • Pipelines and stages that match the real process
  • One record of every contact, message and task
  • Integration with an existing CRM, agency management or loan origination system
  • Reporting an owner can read at a glance

Before

  • Stages live in people's heads, not the system
  • Contacts scattered across inboxes and spreadsheets
  • The CRM is worked around instead of used
  • Reports rebuilt by hand at the end of the month

Drag the handle, or focus it and use the arrow keys.

Questions

Asked first.

01Do we have to replace our current CRM?

Usually not. Handll integrates with the system of record already in place and builds new capability around it. Replacement is recommended only when the current system cannot support the process.

02Who owns the system and the data?

The client owns its data. Handll never sells it and never uses it to train third-party models.

03How is the work priced?

Services are priced by a custom business case proposal after the discovery session. A defined CRM build is also available as a fixed-price product.
